Robert Fulcher worked patiently and persistently to resolve that issue and then had a crew ready to go immediately. The work itself was efficiently and expertly executed, overseen by James Mitchell. Mr. Fulcher has been amazing to help me with my claim repairs and I am so grateful that you recommended him to me. During the recent stretch of bad weather, I noticed a leak that appeared to be coming from the bottom corner of my kitchen skylight. Upon preliminary inspection, you not only identified the true source of the leak, but you got a crew out to my house before the next forecasted rain rolled into the area and fixed the problem.
